Epsom Salt Baths – this is for detoxing through your skin:
Epsom Salt Bathtub Bath:
~ Add 1-2 cups of epsom salt to your bath.
~ Optional – add a few drops of lavender essential oil to the epsom salt.
~ I would start with one cup, then work up to two.
~ Soak for as long as you are enjoying it. When you feel the urge to get out of the bath, assume that it is as much as you need for the day, and get out.
Epsom Salt Foot Bath: (especially supports healthy feet/skin/toenails.)
~ Add to a basin: 1/2 cup epsom salt, a few drops of Purification essential oil, and 1/4 cup of raw apple cider vinegar with enough water to cover your feet.
~ Soak for 1/2 hour or until you feel done.
Magnesium Flake Baths – this is for absorbing magnesium into your cells.
This will make you sleepy!
Magnesium Flake Bathtub Bath:
~ Add 1/2 to 1 cup of each to your bathtub:
Magnesium Flakes, Dead Sea Salt, and Baking Soda.
~ Optional – add a few drops of lavender essential oil to your Dead Sea Salt.
~ Start with 1/2 cup of each and work your way up to 1 cup. For sensitive individuals, 1/2 cup of each may be plenty.
~ Soak until you feel done. When you get the urge to get out, get out. Sometimes we need to build our levels slowly.
